I’m a community-based social scientist whose research centers the relationship between geography and health. My recent work involves investigating the role of reparative programming in promoting joy, pleasure, and other positive outcomes for systemically minoritized communities. I’m a self-taught creative, making functional and aesthetic crochet and ceramic art. As a certified yoga and health arts practitioner I aim to infuse pleasure and rest into my work, and help others do the same.
